From head to toe we will use different methods of stretching both with and without assistance from the client. We will be able to assess where improvement can be made and spend extra time in those areas.

Guasha is a myofascial technique used to help break up fascia in the body and assist in working out tight muscles. Guasha is performed with a tool made of different materials such as metal, animal horn, and/or plastic. This is a great add-on that is performed throughout the massage wherever necessary on the body.
Kinesio tape is used to assist with acute and chronic muscle soreness or injury. The tape is applied after massage in the area of pain and will last for about 3 days. You can shower with the tape on and not have a problem.
