She enjoys working with athletes who are focused on preventing injuries and setting new PRs.

Ariel's dream to be a therapist started when she was 7 years old after discovering how much working on her mom's shoulders brought her relief. With her mom's history of neck and back surgeries, living in chronic pain, she knew her calling was to help others who experienced pain.

In Ariel's personal life she lives a very athletic lifestyle investing energy in bodybuilding, kayaking, and hiking. She believes in being an example and is quoted saying, "knowledge is power" on the daily.
Despite her own personal physical injury in 2019 with a Spinal Cord Injury, she has persevered and has been a shining example of how the body is designed to heal!

Had a full body deep tissue massage with Pablo, he really focused on the areas I told him I was having issues. I’m going back in a week to get some more work done. Definitely recommend him, guy knows what he’s doing, asks if he’s doing too much pressure or if you need more. Also a great guy to talk too, I’ve had massage where they just do the massage and your done. Some people might like that but I felt right at home at competitors edge.

My experience with Apache was really interesting and informative. I didn’t know my body would move in so many ways. It was fascinating to experience how the slightest (push back) against my muscles would allow them to stretch so much further. I’m especially looking forward to reading my evaluation and starting some suggested exercises/ stretches for areas I need to give attention to.
