Massage Sessions
A 30 minute targeted stretch session that focuses on specific problem areas while using PNF, joint compression and/or traction to improve mobility, facilitate recovery and reduces aches and pains. Please wear comfortable workout clothes that don't inhibit Range of Motion.
A 30 minute session to assess ROM, muscle balance across joints, joint and overall body mechanics and any required test to rule out injury that would require the next level of care. A brief custom home exercise program will be provided based on the needs of the client.
A 60-minute upper and lower body therapeutic assisted stretch session that utilizes PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and joint compression and traction techniques to downregulate the nervous system, improve mobility and accelerate the recovery process. By focusing on the fascial nets, these stretch sessions facilitate recovery from sports, heavy labor, and living an active lifestyle and can be tailored to meet an individual's unique needs. Please wear comfortable workout clothes that don't inhibit Range of Motion.
A 90 minute session that includes a full body fascia stretch session and then utilizes the wealth of information ascertained during the session to develop and perform a customized corrective exercise program to address mobility and strength imbalances.
