Whether you are looking for Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Sports therapy; allow my 30 minutes to help relieve focus areas that are giving you trouble. We will spend detailed time in select areas that are bothering you the most.
This massage is all about focusing on one or two specific problem areas you want addressed. It is short and sweet with all the added benefits of quality work.

The temporomandibular joint or TMJ acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. Dysfunction can lead to pain and discomfort.
This affects more people than most would expect. The jaw clenchers and teeth-grinders of the world are numerous, and you may even be one of them! TMJD is often involved with Neck pain, and it can also be a major factor with headaches, including migraines! Many people with TMJD do not realize that their jaw muscles are a source of their symptoms. And if they do, they do not know that their symptoms can often be treated successfully with specific massage techniques!

Sports Therapy techniques consist of stretches and active involvement from clients to increase Range of Motion in the body due to tight muscles and past injuries. Coupled with Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy can be even more effective. Sports Therapy is highly suggested for athletes to prevent injuries.
Prenatal massage techniques are designed to help illuminate tight muscles that come about during pregnancy. Prenatal massages avoid certain trigger points, too much heat, and Rosemary essential oil (this is to be avoided during pregnancy). Enjoy massages throughout your pregnancy to fully enjoy the beauty of your pregnancy without all the tight muscles!
Deep tissue techniques are designed to relieve tight muscles from daily and athletic activities. This technique will take you to the edge of your comfort with maximum results.

Ashiatsu technique allows for deeper pressure, but over a broader surface (feet are generally bigger than hands/elbows) which allows for a more comfortable experience while still getting much needed work done.

From head to toe we will use different methods of stretching both with and without assistance from the client. We will be able to assess where improvement can be made and spend extra time in those areas.

Guasha is a myofascial technique used to help break up fascia in the body and assist in working out tight muscles. Guasha is performed with a tool made of different materials such as metal, animal horn, and/or plastic. This is a great add-on that is performed throughout the massage wherever necessary on the body.
Kinesio tape is used to assist with acute and chronic muscle soreness or injury. The tape is applied after massage in the area of pain and will last for about 3 days. You can shower with the tape on and not have a problem.
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
The Jade stone is a smooth, cool stone used on the face in a similar fashion as guasha. The Jade stone is used to increase circulation on the face and break up fascia. Specifically the Jade stone is great for addressing the sinuses and TMJD issues.
