She enjoys working with athletes who are focused on preventing injuries and setting new PRs.
Ariel's dream to be a therapist started when she was 7 years old after discovering how much working on her mom's shoulders brought her relief. With her mom's history of neck and back surgeries, living in chronic pain, she knew her calling was to help others who experienced pain.
In Ariel's personal life she lives a very athletic lifestyle investing energy in bodybuilding, kayaking, and hiking. She believes in being an example and is quoted saying, "knowledge is power" on the daily.
Despite her own personal physical injury in 2019 with a Spinal Cord Injury, she has persevered and has been a shining example of how the body is designed to heal!

Massage Sessions
The temporomandibular joint or TMJ acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. Dysfunction can lead to pain and discomfort.
This affects more people than most would expect. The jaw clenchers and teeth-grinders of the world are numerous, and you may even be one of them! TMJD is often involved with Neck pain, and it can also be a major factor with headaches, including migraines! Many people with TMJD do not realize that their jaw muscles are a source of their symptoms. And if they do, they do not know that their symptoms can often be treated successfully with specific massage techniques!
Deep Tissue can be coupled with Sports Therapy for additional effectiveness.
-Please wear comfortable workout clothes that don't inhibit Range of Motion.
Hot Stones are designed to help relax the muscles before massage techniques are applied to the muscles. Hot Stones can be applied to the back, arms, and legs.
Apricot Oil is a massage oil designed to moisturize dry skin while also giving off an apricot smell. Although Apricot Oil is an oil, it soaks in like a lotion!
This will aid in opening up the airway for those with allergies, headaches, and migraines.
Receive a blend of salts and oils applied to the feet for exfoliation and the fresh feeling of baby feet!
