Apache Baxley graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science.  He and his wife have been living in Fayetteville since 2016.  He has worked as an occupational therapist in clinics, hospitals, and long term health for the last ten years, treating patients in age range from pediatric to geriatric and all populations in between.  In addition to his occupational therapy degree and license he is an NASM certified personal trainer with a corrective exercise specialist certification and has been training clients for over two years.  Apache has a life long interest and enthusiasm for weight training, mobility, and fitness.  In January of 2024 he earned his Fascia Stretch Therapist certification. Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST) is a science based, dynamic approach to improving  multiplanar, multi-joint, and rotational by working with fascia tissue & applying the techniques of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation). Apache is in his mid forties and  has applied corrective exercise principles to his own health and fitness endeavors in addition to his rehab experience with neck, shoulder, elbow, wrist and soft tissue injuries. He enjoys helping others who have experienced an injury or surgery return to previous levels of function and improving performance in meaningful activities.
